Bespoke Oak and Painted Timber Garden Room – Stamford Architectural Design

Project Summary
This client approached us with a clear vision: a stunning structure off their kitchen with maximum glazing to enjoy the sloping views of their garden. They were torn between a painted timber finish and a raw exposed oak frame. Our Stamford architectural design team combined both ideas, creating an exposed oak frame complemented by a grey-painted bi-fold door set, resulting in a visually striking and highly functional space.
The true beauty of this garden room lies in its versatility. During the summer months, both sets of bi-fold doors open completely, creating a seamless connection between the kitchen and garden and providing an ideal space for modern family living and entertaining. The combination of high-quality materials, thoughtful design, and expert craftsmanship ensures the room is both practical and visually stunning all year round.
This project highlights our expertise in bespoke garden rooms, timber architecture, and contemporary home extensions. Whether you are looking for a fully glazed orangery, a timber-framed garden room, or a modern extension that enhances indoor-outdoor living, our Stamford-based architectural team delivers tailored solutions that balance style, functionality, and lasting quality.
